How long until I receive my license?

Typically within a few hours after your BTC transaction reaches one confirmation. Including the transaction ID with your order helps our team locate the payment faster.

What happens after I submit an order?

Your order enters the operator queue as awaiting payment. Once the transaction confirms on-chain, an operator issues the next license from the pool and it is emailed to you automatically.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — you can purchase a new license at any time. Plans do not stack on a single license; each key carries its own term.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

Reply to the confirmation email or reach out in Discord — an operator will either credit the closest tier or coordinate a top-up before your license is issued.

What is the refund policy?

Licenses are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. If activation fails on our side, contact support and we will replace the license.
